THE ganja possession case involving dancehall deejay Vybz Kartel and Alicia Jackson, his female companion, was postponed for a short while when the matter came up in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court this morning.
The case was stood down after defense attorneys Christian Tavares-Finson and Michael Deans, were served with additional papers from the prosecution.
Vybz Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, is seen here at a symposium at the University of the West Indies held earlier this year.

Vybz Kartel is also charged for murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of a firearm.
