NEWS CLIP OF KARTEL BEING ARRESTED

FLASHBACK-----Woman faints after orgasm in HWT - Sex toy falls from legs during excitement

Vendors in Half-Way Tree, St Andrew, just can't stop talking about a bizarre incident that took place there last week.
Tongues have been wagging about a self-pleasuring instrument that fell from under a woman's skirt when she collapsed while standing along Constant Spring Road, just in front of the Nelson Mandela Park.
Witnessed the incident
When THE WEEKEND STAR visited the area Wednesday evening, at least four persons claimed to witnessed the incident. Others heard about it.
"How unnu STAR people tan suh, unnu did haffi hear dat eeeh...Unnu cudn't mek da one ya pass," a vendor, Max Gooden remarked before continuing to demand a 'small' fee for information he had. "Unnu ting ago sell off eno, gimmi a smalls man."
Reports are that last Friday some time after 9 p.m., the woman was waiting on a bus when she suddenly fell.
Wait pon bus
"Di woman stand up good, good a wait pon bus and she jus drop sudden suh...Me an di res a man dem a seh like babes, 'get up, hush', but afta couple seconds wi see seh she naw get up so wi rush go rescue har," he said.
He then continued, "When wi go ova to har is like seh she did knock out cause she naw move but yu coulda see seh she still a breathe cause har belly did a move up and dung."
Another man, Kevin Forbes interrupted and remarked; "a di freak woman unnu a chat bout". He was urged by Gooden to assist in telling the tale of what had happened.
After cracking a few jokes about the woman, Forbes continued; "When wi realise seh she couldn't get up by harself, wi lif har up, a deh so joke start pop now."
Instrument fell out
The men claim that the instrument fell out as they lifted her off the ground. "She lucky seh she get back har strength quick, cause when di ting drop and wi look and see seh a dat, a pure laughing," Gooden said.
"Di woman not even brush off harself, when she see seh a dat mek wi a laugh she grab it up fast, fast and chuck it inna har bag and walk go dung a di stoplight go stand up and tek one taxi."
The men believe that the woman fainted because she continuously had an orgasm. "Nuttin but di ting feel so good a vibrate pon har, she jus come and come and come til she weak out and cudn't even stand up nuh more," one of the men said.
Following our visit to Half-Way Tree, THE STAR sought a doctor's advice on whether an orgasm could have caused the young woman's collapse.
Dr Alverston Bailey, past president of the Medical Association of Jamaica, said; "There are some vibrators that can be attached to her underclothes and controlled by a remote. It can induce a fairly intense orgasm especially if it is one which has direct contact with her clitoris...An orgasm could create a euphoric feeling and could perhaps make her feel a little dizzy."
He said however that he could not say if that was the reason for her fainting spell. "Unless the person is seen and examined then I couldn't say that's what caused it," Dr Bailey said.

The Old Harbour police in St Catherine are searching for a man they claim has insisted that he won't return $50,000 he borrowed from a woman until she has sex with him.
Investigations by THE WEEKEND STAR revealed that a summons was taken out for the man in question, however, he has proven to be quite elusive.
"There is a document here to be served on the man in question. It is yet to be served as he is yet to be found," a senior police officer said.
Meanwhile, the disgruntled female said that she continues to be taunted, intimidated and frustrated by the man.
"This man borrowed my money and demanding sex before him give me back my money," she said.
She told THE WEEKEND STAR that it was out of kindness that she assisted the man who she knows well and is from a neighbouring community.
The troubled woman said that she lent him the money on June 24 and he promised to repay it in two days. However, she said that on each occasion that she has requested the money the man told her that he will not return it until she has sex with him.
The woman said that before she had lent him the money the man had mentioned that he liked her but she had spurned his advances.

He was 14 yrs. 6mos. and 5 days old --- and the youngest person executed in the United States in the 20th Century

George Junius Stinney, Jr.,
[b. 1929 - d. 1944]
In a South Carolina prison sixty-six years ago, guards walked a 14-year-old boy, bible tucked under his arm, to the electric chair. At 5' 1" and 95 pounds, the straps didn’t fit, and an electrode was too big for his leg.
The switch was pulled and the adult sized death mask fell from George Stinney’s face. Tears streamed from his eyes. Witnesses recoiled in horror as they watched the youngest person executed in the United States in the past century die.
Now, a community activist is fighting to clear Stinney’s name, saying the young boy couldn’t have killed two girls. George Frierson, a school board member and textile inspector, believes Stinney’s confession was coerced, and that his execution was just another injustice blacks suffered in Southern courtrooms in the first half of the 1900s.
In a couple of cases like Stinney’s, petitions are being made before parole boards and courts are being asked to overturn decisions made when society’s thumb was weighing the scales of justice against blacks. These requests are buoyed for the first time in generations by money, college degrees and sometimes clout.
“I hope we see more cases like this because it help brings a sense of closure. It’s symbolic,” said Howard University law professor Frank Wu. “It’s not just important for the individuals and their families. It’s important for the entire community. Not just for African Americans, but for whites and for our democracy as a whole. What these cases show is that it is possible to achieve justice.”
Some have already achieved justice. Earlier this year, syndicated radio host Tom Joyner successfully won a posthumous pardon for two great uncles who were executed in South Carolina.
A few years ago Lena Baker, a black Georgia maid sent to the electric chair for killing a white man, received a pardon after her family pointed out she likely killed the man because he was holding her against her will.
In the Stinney case, supporters want the state to admit that officials executed the wrong person in June 1944.
Stinney was accused of killing two white girls, 11 year old Betty June Binnicker and 8 year old
Mary Emma Thames, by beating them with a railroad spike then dragging their bodies to a ditch near Acolu, about five miles from Manning in central South Carolina. The girls were found a day after they disappeared following a massive manhunt. Stinney was arrested a few hours later, white men in suits taking him away. Because of the risk of a lynching, Stinney was kept at a jail 50 miles away in Columbia.
Stinney’s father, who had helped look for the girls, was fired immediately and ordered to leave his home and the sawmill where he worked. His family was told to leave town prior to the trial to avoid further retribution. An atmosphere of lynch mob hysteria hung over the courthouse. Without family visits, the 14 year old had to endure the trial and death alone.
Frierson hasn’t been able to get the case out of his head since, carrying around a thick binder of old newspaper stories and documents, including an account from an execution witness.
The sheriff at the time said Stinney admitted to the killings, but there is only his word — no written record of the confession has been found. A lawyer helping Frierson with the case figures threats of mob violence and not being able to see his parents rattled the seventh- grader.
Attorney Steve McKenzie said he has even heard one account that says detectives offered the boy ice cream once they were done.
“You’ve got to know he was going to say whatever they wanted him to say,” McKenzie said.
The court appointed Stinney an attorney — a tax commissioner preparing for a Statehouse run. In all, the trial — from jury selection to a sentence of death — lasted one day. Records indicate 1,000 people crammed the courthouse. Blacks weren’t allowed inside.
The defense called no witnesses and never filed an appeal. No one challenged the sheriff’s recollection of the confession.
“As an attorney, it just kind of haunted me, just the way the judicial system worked to this boy’s disadvantage or disfavor. It did not protect him,” said McKenzie, who is preparing court papers to ask a judge to reopen the case.
Stinney’s official court record contains less than two dozen pages, several of them arrest warrants. There is no transcript of the trial.
The lack of records, while not unusual, makes it harder for people trying to get these old convictions overturned, Wu said.
But these old cases also can have a common thread.
“Some of these cases are so egregious, so extreme that when you look at it, the prosecution really has no case either,” Wu said. “It’s apparent from what you can see that someone was railroaded.”
And sometimes, police under pressure by frightened citizens jumped to conclusions rather than conducting a thorough investigation, Wu said.

Golding to step down!!!(I GUESS HIM CANNA CROSS IT)

BRUCE Golding, prime minister and leader of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP), will not be seeking re-election at the party's annual general conference in November and will step down as prime minister as soon as a new leader has been elected.
In a statement from the JLP this afternoon through Information Minister Daryl Vaz, the party said Golding conveyed this decision to the party's Central Executive at its quarterly meeting held at Belmont Road today.
“Golding said he had planned to lead the party into a second term of government and demit office within two years thereafter. He said the challenges of the last four years have taken their toll and it was appropriate now to make way for new leadership to continue the programmes of economic recovery and transformation while mobilising the party for victory in the next general elections,” the statement said.

HAIR TOO NUFF,U GETTING SEARCHED AND MAYBE HANDCUFFED

September 22, 2011 (ATLANTA) (WLS) -- A Dallas hair stylist says she was humiliated when a security officer searched her hair at the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta. Isis Brantley says she had already passed through security and was waiting for an airport train when a TSA officer stopped her. She says the officer searched her hair for weapons in full view of other travelers. The TSA says Brantley was offered a private screening but refused. She denies that. "It was humiliating, it was very, like, disrespectful, and I was very distraught," said Brantley. "I thought - how can you do this in front of everybody?" The TSA issued a statement saying its screening procedures are designed to ensure the security of the traveling public and that additional screening may be required for clothing, headwear or hair where prohibited items could be hidden.

Al Miller found guilty

EMBATTLED clergyman Al Miller has been found guilty of negligence which ended with the theft of his firearm. The guilty verdict was handed down in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court this morning.
He will be sentenced on October 28.

Miller reported his firearm stolen after he had stopped to pick plums in Grants Pen, St Andrew with his daughter. He told police he left the firearm in a pouch on the floor of his vehicle and when he returned it was missing.
Miller is also facing charges of harbouring a fugitive after he was held transporting former Tivoli Gardens strongman Christopher 'Dudus' Coke on the Mandela highway in St Catherine. He claimed he was taking Coke to the United States Embassy in Liguanea to hand him over to United States authorities who had requested that the Jamaican government extradite him.
Coke had been on the run for several weeks.

DOUBLE DOSE A JACKET AND IT DON'T FIT

MAN GETS SECOND 'JACKET' - Tricked by two women in three years

A Portmore, St Catherine resident is now the laughing stock in his community after he was fitted with two 'jackets' by two different women.
The man, who is in his late 20s, recently discovered that a four-year-old child, who is still living with him, isn't his son after it was revealed by his so-called 'babymother'.
Previously, the man had learnt that a seven-year-old child wasn't his either. That child now lives with his real dad.
"Dis man nuh really learn seh dat him nuh have good luck wid woman because mi nuh see how you fi get jacket twice," one resident told THE WEEKEND STAR yesterday.
In the most recent case, sources say the man was told the news while having a telephone conversation with his partner who recently migrated to the United States of America.
The woman is said to have told him that he is, however, the father of a one-year-old child they also share.
The news of the second jacket is said to have shocked the man ,but sources say that it still doesn't seem like he is going to hand over the child to the correct father.
In the previous case, he had lost the child to another man who claimed that the child was his.
According to a reliable source, "di family did a tell him long time seh dat pickney was not his and him just never use to listen."
The source further said; "Di child get big now and a now him look like him real faada. A him real father him a live with now."
