On your marks,get set,gooooooooo!!!!!!!!! Yes that's how happy I was to receive these insoles. I have duck feet, don't laugh, OK I sense you laughing. This means my feet hardly have any insteps/low arches. Which makes it very difficult at times to walk or run for a period of time, without feeling uncomfortable or a tad bit amount of pain.
So I'm thankful for these insoles. Why? First thing they are easy to place in your shoes. The instructions said I should cut it to fit, but i didn't have to do that,it was true to size for me. Next their are so comfortable it's like walking or running on air. So little or no impact was felt on my knees or the ball of my feet. My feet are happy!!!!! It can be used working out either in the gym or in mother nature.
